Good morning Nigerians and visitors of Clintonwrites.com, today the
first of october 2016 marks our 56th year of independence from the
colonial masters.
It was exactly this day in the year 1960 that our great nation was
free from colonialism, the day we started ruling this country by
ourselves.
October 1st 1960 was the day hope visited the nation that we rule
ourselves, remember the labour of our heroes past. Remember those who
fought for our freedom.
I wouldn't bother you much with words.
Celebrate Nigeria's 56th year of independence in any little way you
can. Let the National Anthem be your first prayer today.
