It was Jennifer! The female instructor that Erigga bleeped back in the
former building site. Erigga became confused, what if she finds out
about them? She could give the other policemen a tip off and they
would be arrested again, he was deep in his thought when Bobo patted
him.
Bobo: Guy what are you thinking about?
Erigga: Go and call Chris, I have something important to tell you people.
Bobo: I hope the thing is not that serious o.
Erigga: Just go and call him first.
Bobo returned moments later with Chris, they went to one side of the building.
Erigga: Remember that female instructor that I bleeped back them?
Both: Yes.
Erigga: She's here, I just saw her few minutes ago.
Both: Chineke!
Chris: You mean am?
Erigga: Yes, she's the one that just entered with that black KIA.
Bobo: We are dead!
Erigga: Don't say so.
Bobo: Why wouldn't I say so. We just managed to find a job that we
will manage and now sand has entered our garri.
Chris: Let's shut her up now.
Erigga: How?
Chris: We can strangle her and no one will know.
Bobo: Ahh! Chris! Is this how you are? What did she do to you that
warrant that? You must have an evil mind. Tufiakwa!
Chris: Bobo no try insult me o.
Erigga: If we notice that she have alerted the police we will run away.
The boys dismissed and went to do their various works. Erigga was sent
by one of the engineers to bring a tool from the left side of the
building.
Erigga went, as he was searching for the tool someone called for his
attention saying hey. It was Jennifer! I'm really in a deep sh*t,
Erigga said in his mind.
Jennifer: Hey.
Erigga: Hi.
Jennifer: I remember you, we fvcked at the other building site. And
you were a prisoner, how did you get here?
Erigga opened his mouth in shock, he didn't know what to say.
Jennifer: Oh, I know. There was a prison break and you people escaped,
but don't worry. I wouldn't let your secret out.
Erigga: Thank you very much Ma.
Jennifer: No problem but just call me Jenni when we are not at work.
Erigga: Okay, thanks.
She wrote something on a piece of paper and gave it to him, that's my
address. I live in an estate just nearby, I will be waiting for you
tonight; she told Erigga.
Erigga told her about the tool and she directed him where to find it.
They both walked down to where the work was going at that time, they
were smiling and when Bobo and Chris saw them they knew everything was
okay now.
When they were done for that day Erigga told them everything that
happened and Bobo started jumping up and down, Chris just smiled.
